ETH Machines have been designed for air purification in food storage areas but also in areas with malodours. This range covers volumes from 25m3 to 250m3. Using different gas adsorbents we can adapt in the best way to the different smells that we find. Cleaning the air give us a number of beneficial effects such the fact that some fungi do not develop if the air is clean. There will also be reduced bacterial load in food, especially Pseudomonas. In areas where meat is kept, air purification makes sure that the meat keeps its red colour for longer by reducing its exudates and delaying the formation of a superficial bacterial layer.
